Do you know what the Secret City is?  Oak Ridge, TN.  They kept secret their involvement with the government during WWII.  On June 15-16, 2012, they are having their 10th annual festival that commemorates the 67th anniversary ending of WWII.  The festival includes tours of Manhattan Project sites as well as children’s activities; Come visit Townsend and take a day trip to Oak Ridge, about a 45 minute drive from Townsend.  Check out their web site at www.secretcityfestival.com.
