Do you ever drive through Townsend on your way to…somewhere?  Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park?  Why not plan a weekend to make Townsend your destination.  For example, the Trillium Cove Art Walk will be held April 27-29.  Trillium Cove is a group of shops on Hwy. 321 in Townsend.  Every year, they host an art walk where artists in the area can demonstrate their craft or sell their creations.  This is a very nice event, and we thank Trillium Cove for promoting artisans in Townsend.  Make plans to come to Townsend that weekend, stay for a night or two, and enjoy the artists, as well as God’s creation of the mountains.
